Kid Castle Educational Corporation Continues To Expand Operations In The Greater China Region TAIPEI, Aug. 30 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kid Castle Educational Corporation (OTCBB: KDCE) has entered into an agreement with Haicheng Information Technology to develop its multimedia education system to be used in Kid Castle's Digital School. Kid Castle shall provide the complete software system while Haicheng will provide the hardware for these schools. Haicheng Information Technology is a subsidiary of Haier Group, one of the world's leading household electronics appliance manufacturers. Kid Castle, with the hardware support of Haicheng, will expand its presence in the China market with its Digital School operation and multimedia materials. The Company's multimedia program utilizes existing materials developed by Kid Castle, such as the Wonderland Series, and puts them into a multimedia format used in the Digital Schools. Kid Castle has also entered into an agreement with Happy Seeds Limited to distribute Kid Castle's Wonderland and Kids Talk Series of English materials in Hong Kong. Beginning this July, the first installment period, July to October, will have completed 20% of the distribution agreement. Happy Seeds Limited is an English language school in Hong Kong with a well established distribution channel to kindergartens, primary schools, bookstores and various learning centers.
