Conducting your own DD is almost impossible with this stock, given the lack of information available. Here, too, mini-trades are displayed here and there... it seems as if someone is just trying to keep the trading alive... let's hope it's for good reasons!

The Stock is still trading. You can see the Trades on O.T.C. Market place Expert Market, and here on Ihub Monitor, and volume. And as far as I know the core of there Business plan is still planing to Recycling a number of products with zero waste. My opinion only. Do your own D.D.

At least it seems that ITRO is not completely out of the picture and that there is still some activity...
It is strange that there is no apparent trading in the paper and, despite the explosion in silver prices, the report does not mention whether recycling is still being considered at all...

I've been reading up on other Companies that are trying to accomplish this same Technologies , and always has the same Wording in their Press releases. Reduces Environmental issues. Not eliminate them all together as with Itronics. Passed Press Releases from Itronics i'm thinking states 25 % of the value is in the Industrial Mineral. The Rock itself. And the fact that they eliminate the Cyanide problem. Not to mention the Minerals that are collected like Nitrogen from the blasting of the Rock, and many more Minerals on top of that.....I don't know how this will turn out. They have a long way to go.......

A couple press releases and some paid trials makes you think they are light years ahead of Itronics? You are denser than I thought. Where are they talking about neutralization of residual cyanide? You need to understand that simply taking a second pass at recovering metals from mine tailings could be done by literally anyone with almost any type of leaching liquid. You don't even need anything advanced, just throw more cyanide on it and you'll recover gold. Old leaching technology recovered 50% of gold in the original mining operation, at best. Re-leaching that material and claiming a "technological achievement" is misleading, as you are confirming. It's no breakthrough at all to just simply retreat previously mined material. Literally anyone, maybe even you, could do that. Go look at DRD Gold in South Africa. They've been retreating tailings for years. The only company with an actual technological breakthrough is Itronics. The breakthrough, and true value from reprocessing tailings comes from recovering the metals, cleaning the rock for sale, and removing the tailings from the site entirely. Anything else is just moving rocks from one pile to another. As a longtime investor in this space, I care about technological breakthroughs, not just going after someone's sloppy seconds.

Tampon, is that you? I don't recall making a buy recommendation, although they are light-years ahead of ITRO. If Whitney won't communicate, the least I can do is show them a company in their sector that does. That said, I appreciate your stolen valor.

Likewise, I appreciate your opinion and input as well! We are both passionate about what could (and should) be happening with Itronics. We can only hope our enthusiasm is contagious and management comes down with a bad case of it. LOL!

They're not working on jack! It's been three plus years since trading was halted. Not weeks, not months, but YEARS!!!! Years of complete disregard for all of its investors. At the absolute minimum, they could have gone to non-reporting pink to at least allow shareholders the option to sell, keep or buy more. But no, we've all been locked in for three plus years. I and probably most here I would imagine are completely ticked off at Dr. Whitney's total disregard for our financial positions, while he continues on his merry retirement. Enough!!!

It's always been about timing and getting Financing to move this forward for all Companies that are involved. Itronics is still working on that. My opinion only.

I have read the same information from multiple companies for the last twenty five years. The Technology has been out there for a while and still nothing has come of it. The Mining Companies are still in control.

The Dow Jones, and the Nasdaq, S.&P. all down big today because of China holding back on Rare Earth Minerals. We don't need their Minerals. We have are own. We just need to acted on it. I've already done everything that you suggested multiple times over the years. Everything on their website is outdated, irrelevant and pipe dreams. At this point I think it's best to use a message board to express my frustrations and warn potential investors. I didn't invest to fund a few jobs and be ghosted by leadership. If they can't give me a return or my money back, I say shut it down. Since they do read this board, maybe this banter will spark a response. Collectively, the common shareholders should have a significant say in how the company operates, but Whitney has always considered us an inconvenience. Oh, and since they will read this, I'll gladly delete my iHub account and all my negative posts in exchange for a shareholder conference call with Q&A.

You are probably better to call the company and ask them these questions. Being a faceless commenter on a message board hasn't worked, right? I call them up routinely and get all my questions answered. And FWIW, your common shares would get you exactly zero say in day-to-day operations, spending, etc. From my calls with the company they seem to have a real issue with lack of a budget, which would not indicate anyone is getting rich at our expense or shares are flying out the door in exchange for cash. We're all frustrated but you can get in contact with them on the website (which is back up) and voice your opinion. While on the website you can read up on past press releases to get at least some of your questions answered. By my account, its been years since they mentioned zinc flue dust

Do you feel good about your investment or how they've managed the business? When was the last shareholder meeting? How much is Whitney drawing? Where are the operating funds coming from? What was the share count prior to delisting and what is it now? How has the debt changed during that time? Why did they lose the other building? When was the last time you had a say in how the business operates? Do you recall voting on anything? What's the status on the pending lawsuits? If any of this sparks a solid response from ITRO, it's well worth it. Obviously being a nice, silent shareholder hasn't worked. Right?

An obviously unscrupulous one. Promises (lies) after promises (lies) over the years. If memory serves me it's our three year anniversary this month since we've been barred from trading. Three YEARS!!!! I had called up Kyle a year ago and suggested they at least trade on the Pink Sheets, which are less restrictive on their filing requirements to at least give their shareholders the option of selling or holding. Well, you can see where that went. They have absolutely no regard for their shareholders. They were actually soliciting private investors a few years ago to fund this pig. I had inquired, but didn't like what I heard. Hopefully no one bought in at that time. Who would want to invest in such a scheme at this point. SO SAD to see other companies stepping up to the plate to offer their technology to retrieve precious and rare earth metals from mining tailings to PC Boards. While their Share Prices are skyrocketing, here we are pleading with Itronics to have some compassion and at least make this thing tradable so we can get out and move on.

I really hate being treated like a chump. They stop all shareholder updates, stop paying web fees, pay salaries, runoff with the unprotected technology and start over without Whitney somewhere else? Amazing that nobody is seeking answers. There has to be more than 3 shareholders :)

Great read ! Thank You for it. I believe this is a big deal that's only going to get worse. This should be treated like a War time situation. Maybe even in _ acted the War time production acted to get this going cause that what it is. To provide funds to Companies with this type of Technology to move this along. The Government needs to do more in all sectors of this Industry. Get er done today........

I have been reading about those Companies that I posted on. There are more out there trying to solve this problem. There's even hobby miners that have been doing it for year's for the Gold and Silver only. The three start up's I posted have different Technologies to accomplish this problem. None have broken out yet. Two have O.S. between 100 Million to 250 Million. The third last time was able to check the float was around 35 m. All three are Penny Stocks. My opinion only. I sit here and watch the news and see the problems that we are going to be facing in the near future. The processing of Billion of tons of Mining Tailing could solve a lot of problem. Could create a lot of new jobs, and could become a whole new Industry. And could start to solve a huge Environmental problem. Why hasn't it been imbraced yet ?
