If they start immediately it may be possible to finish in 5mo if only exercise warrants and uplist. It may be impossible if on Texas exchange because that is a month later.

what needs to happen to forego senior pfds, refund of overpayment, canceling warrants, ercf, lower of cap rate, relist? i assume they can do it overnight like fellow travelers did nws. if they play it with a suit, they can be in limbo for 20 years just like 19 years with nws and the admin doesn't give a hoot. but what i am getting at is do they need to do it legally so it cannot be challenged by the bank lobby , fellow travelres, there are many enemies as we know and they would dare not? how? admin does have legal authority as pulte has every right as conservator, regulator and chairman of board. but based on fellow travelers, lobby challenging everything as in the news, is there a sure way they cannot dare touch it? is this why it is taking time?

WOW WHAT AN IPO . I am just starting to catch my breath and realize that I am now  a part owner of such a honest cutting edge company that will thrive for generations. At the same I am announcing I will not be subscribing or participating in some half baked sloppy seconds old worn out Fannie  IPO . No one will care . How do you top this moment . The IPO of a decade versus a withering penny stock on her last leg .

IMHO I think the valued investors can generate more instant profit in spaceX because of many pre ipo deals behind of doors, f2 is different story, it already has tons of issued shares held largely by legacy holders, valued investors are late to the game hence need more time to either accumulate shares or gain shares through secondary IPO. The essential political, financial and regulatory aspects make it relatively harder to make some sweet self-deals for them under intense bipartisan scrutiny on the fat cash cows.

humor me. spacex gets 100% of its $ from govt. how is that diff from fannie freddie? in fact fannie freddie have 10 trillion in assets, a ton more. but spacex has a trillionaire whereas investors in fannie freddie have died without seeing a penny in real return over 19 years, commited suicide (eg cfo of freddie) and almost everyone has lost everything. what is wrong with this picture where 20% of gdp is supported by fannie freddie that provides a roof over than lalaland on mars?
