Tanked today and went to expert market.

Can’t really trade the trade with this liquidity… but I do follow what your saying.

I still think it’s related to the unsolicited quotes only designation but I could be wrong. It’s like it was a expert market ticker without the label.

So if insiders started selling restricted on “unsolicited quotes only” then it may have been enough to buy them the snake eyes to shut it down. I’m not sure my interpretation is accurate but just a thought. You would think at some point they would get things straightened out but who really knows without enough “available information”.

yea just a handful of shares here but keeps me interested, could jump back in quick if things change since its already on my watch lists

What is strange to me is that should have just given them a yield sign once they passed the 15 days allowed. Export market does not usually come that quick especially when they filled for an extension. They never got a yield sign. 🤔

I don't think they would have spent the money to file the notification of late filling if they did not plan on getting their fillings done. Something seems off to me about them going straight to the export markets. I just don't see it being from the late fillings. My thoughts are it could be from all the shares they have been putting into the market taking her down from $3.73 to just pennies in the past year. That would throw up a red flag I would think.

On a good note, her setup is still really amazing from these levels. If they can get their sh*t together lots of money can still be made here.

I sent them an email about it this morning and they responded within an hour. They are putting together their audited annual filings and expect to file them and return to normal shortly. This is a real company with real products. The SEC is currently acting like Nazis killing this market.

I called the TA and spoke to them on the phone and they were not able to share the updated numbers. They said I would have to contact the company or IR. Which I did first because I figured that’s how it would roll.
This was two days prior to the update hitting. JJ and Rich both said it would be next month if they were not gagged.
With that said no more dilution that hit it was obviously walked down. Since the move to .08 this has been a forking ghost town and no one has give a shit …. Zero bid support told the story

So the fall from .08 to a technical double bottom was not dilution. If the company was dumping they aren’t going to just flip the switch off like happened today.

Sells outweighed buys heavy af every single day til today.

Now it’s out of ghost mode cause cheap shares were loaded

I have studied the buy to sell ratio everyday since the move to .08 and it has been sells winning every single day and no bid support…. It’s kinda weird in fact. But whatever.
