Yes, buying now is increasing the average carrying cost, but I am long quite some time. Long time lurker here, joined to comment on occasion. I do appreciate all the insights.

I have a modest holding of 25k shares FNMA right now that I bought on the cheap.
I think we all know there's going to be a lot of volatility until the new administration takes office and a actual plan is put into place.
I said it before and I'll say it again, the writing is on the wall, GSE will be released. Price will go up from here.
I was waiting for a bigger dip to buy more but I think I'll just pull the trigger. Still a crazy price to get in right now.
