Someone has been buying small chunks here and there over the past couple weeks. Hopefully someone does something with this shell while the market is hot. It looks to me like under the radar buying

What do think happened with this? They bought up the shares. Merged something in and then complete silence. Makes no sense. I have no way to contact anyone either.

I don't get how a biotech company acquired this and then went completely silent for years. From what I can see, the buyers still hold all their shares here. Anyone know what happened since it's impossible to communicate with anyone running GSIH.

It's not huge but the buying that pass week has to be getting noticed. Maybe something is finally happening

Getting some volume.

Being a life sciences company in China I thought this would see a bounce. Stem cells and telemedicine could play a role. But silence and here we sit. Low volume took this down too.

I don't know if anyone has been watching the trading over the past few months, but if you look, someone has been buying small amounts almost everyday for quite some time. I think they are doing this to stay under the radar and to keep the stock from moving because it's so incredibly thin. When the company finally decides to talk, this could move big.

I wish they would release more news to investors because things are certainly happening behind the scenes. I think they are building GSIH to be a chinese biotech conglomerate. See below:

Look at the presentation above the two guys. The company on the screen is CapitalBio and they talk about stratetic integration. This is a big company and I'm wondering if they will merge into GSIH. The logo is the same as this website.

Not sure it's a merger 8k, mostly different entities exchanging shares. And since these are cayman islands entities, a lot of things are hidden. What's telling though is, hummingbird holdings is held by a shareholder who only invests in biotechnology. This 8k shows this:
