Yes . Yes this is true. Unfortunately this will not work out the way tin cup panhandler with $.42 cent shares in cup is hoping. Brand spanking new IPO shares will not be traded one for one with existing (FNMA) shares . Let’s say IPO shares are $50 each and at that time (FNMA ) shares are $5 panhandler would have to cough up 10 (FNMA) shares for 1 IPO share. I hope this helps.

As to AH, well they do trade pre-market. A few shares trade (even though OTC rules say not). How those happen, I do not know, but they do. I would expect a few trade AH, as well. However, not like any other stock that might have big news.
