Thanks for the clarification on Lutnick, but I have a hard time believing there is ANY oversight of the pink sheets based on what I see day in and day out. And since I have worked in audits/forensic investigations - my guess it is like anything else. Things go on until someone cares enough to do something about it.

And the reason this administration is finding so much fraud is because it literally is everywhere. Anywhere money changes hands - more often than not, you will find "something" amiss.

Might want to face the reality this Trillion dollar company is headed back to $5. Unfair or reality probably best to look (FNMA) around and realize nothing is going to change here except decline in brokerage value.

What does Howard Lutnick actually own? Howard Lutnick built his career leading the Wall Street firm Cantor Fitzgerald and its publicly traded affiliates, BGC Group and Newmark Group.

The source of confusion: In early 2025, Lutnick's company, BGC Group, bought a private wholesale commodity brokerage named OTC Global Holdings for $325 million. This company brokers energy and oil contracts—it has absolutely nothing to do with the consumer stock market or the OTC equity tiers (like OTCQX or Pink Sheets).

His current status: To comply with federal ethics laws for his government office, Lutnick divested his stakes in Cantor Fitzgerald in mid-2025, transferring his ownership into trusts managed by his adult sons, Brandon and Kyle

I think it’s more and more likely that nothing happens here until after the mid-terms and most likely in 2027.

Your "Loan" (which actually was a hostile buyout of the SPS: read the SPSPAs) was only needed after they hid massive assets (which had to be reversed in 2012 leading to "record profits" of $60b) . At the commencement of the deceivership, the GSEs had enough cash to operate for an estiomated 2yrs WITH NO FURTHER REVENUE. Right after that, there was agressive markdowns and a fire sale to cronies of soon to recover assets. I may be off (but not by much) in saying the asset flow has been 100% OUT of the GSEs into some combination of Coffers and Cronies the entire time. The one exception I know of is when Trump 45 enacted the first tax cut, the DTA lost valuation because of the lower tax rate, but that was temporary. Mnuchin confirmed that GSEs funded many government programs.

My understanding is that the OTC is owned by Lutnick and he has his family (sons) running it while he is in office. I don't understand how ANY exchange can be unregulated. It is mind boggling to me and for us to be trapped there is insane, and contrary to due professional care that should be given to these stocks in conservatorship.

You know the old saying - you can fool me once, shame on you - you can fool me twice - shame on me. He needs to do a well thought out press conference and spell things out - without stealing more from the shareholders. Doing the right thing is not just about us shareholders - it's about what is right for investing in America. People need to feel safe and confident in investing here without the question of confiscation like F&F.

One trillion is between Fannie and Freddie. You also have to factor in - how Wall Street investors feel about stealing 80% of these two companies when NOT in bankruptcy and all the other dirty play over the years - NWS etc.

It's a very general statement - could mean anything. "I have a right to sell it" - explain in detail and then we have something or just more fodder. Wall street hates guessing - just look at the stock price and you see what indecision and word games get us.
