CGEMY Capgemini SE (PK)

French IT service company Capgemini (CAP.FR) said Tuesday it was awarded a 130 million euro ($161.7 million) contract to test the software of Australia-based bank Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. (ANZ.AU).

The Australian bank said Monday it plans to transfer back-office activities to Capgemini by 2013. Capgemini will rehire 360 bank employees from the bank's technology staff.
