CGEMY Capgemini SE (PK)

French information technology company Cap Gemini (CAP.FR) said Wednesday it has acquired CS Consulting GmbH, a Germany consulting company, from LRPC, an investment fund.

MAIN FACTS:

-No financial value for the trabsaction is given. CS Consulting had revenue of EUR47.4 million in 2009.

-Capgemini is paying cash

-The acquisition is conditional on approval from Germany anti-trust authorities.
