Nintendo Switch 2 about to take all my gaming money!  

Games are the biggest money maker in the entertainment space nowadays so smart for Miles to explore that avenue 

I play Last War pretty much every day. I'm a level 30, haha! It's pretty fun, but I play for free mostly with the occasional buy of $5. 

Gaming generates crazy revenue.  Pokémon Go makes $30 million a month and they just introduced a digital version  the Pokémon card game that's making money too.  The #1 mobile game right now is Last War: Survival has made over $100 mil a month at times.

AR/VR is the next leap in gaming, with VR devices becoming afforadble.
I'm sure Miles will find a way to capitalize on it if he turns media bistro into a gaming hub   

That's pretty much what I pictured. I didn't think much about it for movies. I was more thinking it kind of lines up with their previous idea of making MediaBistro into a gaming AR/VR platform. It would be necessary to have GPUs to manage any traffic load for that to be successful. 
Building out a GPUaas would create a scenario where they would get paid by others for the service and render their usage for MB virtually free. IMO

That would be kind of similar to how the Pokémon Go creators got paid for their game subscriptions, then used the player data to essentially geo-map the world for a Virtual position system. They'll probably sell it to Google for billions.

Interesting article and GPU as a service has a lot of applications!  Saves from having to buy and maintain expensive, physical hardware if possible when extensive processing power is only needed for ad hoc jobs.  I like the example in the article about rendering CGI scenes for movies, maybe not a powerhouse like Marvel but smaller indie film makers could utilize it.  

If Miles intends to do GPU as a service it could be a serious revenue generator.  

Anyone checked out GPUaas? Could this be the vision for PrimeGPU (it was listed as a SaaS product)? Check this recent article.

For what it's worth, Jesse stated he paid cash for Bench.com. Guessing that was somewhere between $10-20M. It's bananas Miles hasn't been able to get a clean break from $NIXX yet!

That makes perfect sense. Now that Nixx is stable and looks to be on solid footing for NSDAQ especially with this new very competent and connected CEO . Miles should be free to take AESO in any direction he wants.

I think the delay was to keep the Nasdaq requirements intact until after 12/31. Just an opinion, but they haven't really added any value to meet the minimums IMO. Especially since the Gift boutique deal with JustGot2HaveIt is incomplete. At least now their annual 10k will be in compliance. 
All just a guess, but it makes sense and seems reasonable IMO.

This should be good for NIXX. This lady is familiar with the Asia/ Korean market they seem to be targeting. Hopefully, them getting settled more helps complete the spinout.

A new company added to the JobMobz / Recruiter.com ventures / Employer.com stable over the weekend. 10% equity stake keeps rising while we wait and see. Looks like Jesse saved this company. Bench and Employer.com have similar biz models. May be a nice add.

I see this as a positive. Maybe he was a hinderance in getting the spin out completed. I'm sure Miles carries a lot of weight with NIXX. He seemed anxious to get Congnogroup started .

Granger Whitelaw is leaving NIXX per todays 8K. Wonder if this will create more delays with the spinout. 

What new relationship? The $GOLQ folks were always the group that was supposed to take over the RCRT now NIXX shell. I just never liked them or their business plan. Its more just my opinion of them. If Miles and Evan think differently, well nothing can be done about that. Granger Whitelaw became CEO of GOLQ before he took over NIXX. 

I still haven't figured out how the original deal between RCRT and GOLQ went from requiring them to hit Revenue targets in exchange for additional control. To now they got what appears to be total control simply by signing an exclusive licensing agreement. I was expecting $AESO to still have a 16% holding of NIXX when the dust settled. I haven't seen that in any filings once they changed to the licensing agreement. Now everything moving to $AESO looks to eventually be completely separated from NIXX out side of the shares Miles and Evan received in their payout ( about 300k shares split between them). 

However, the original deal also never mentioned payoffs of all the other debt holders like Parrut. It originally was only going to be paying off Montage. So I can only asssume they traded the entire Nasdaq shell for a relatively debt free spinout. This was not going to be the case originally based on filings info. 

I was just being honest about how I don't really care for the GOLQ team. Most of the stocks that they are linked too aren't doing too hot. Examples are $GOLQ, $CAUD, $LGIQ, $KBNT, $FERN I could go on and on. Basically my DD put a dirty cloud of the likes of Brent Suen and Peter Bordes. Still not sure about Granger. I had a sour taste in my mouth after digging into GammaRey and seeing some formerly SEC related issues with their owners. That was probably more than you asked for. Sorry about that.

Just an opinion, but what if someone wants to keep this below .01 now so they can't get the OTCQB rating. The withdrawal from NIXX of the record date for shareholders did mention pending regulatory reviews.

So if the 10% equity transferred to after the 45 days, it should be visible on the next filing that ends 12/31/24. So there should be something to see by at least 3/31/25. 

This is obviously an IF dependent on the spinout progress.

I guess the question would be how is that 10% accretive to AESO? Meaning what amount of revenue flows to AESO? I cant remember the deal, do they get a certain percentage of their profits or revenue?

I could see CognoGroup acquiring some of these small startup AI companies.  Miles has interviewed a few.
