The entire market has flowed in a more conservative approach since the market has failed to give returns like it used to. I am playing two areas of the market, unknown companies with good management in a startup phase, and mineral deposits with proven reserves before production.

Both of these types of plays have a longer timeline and longer attention span than most of the investing public.

But if a company can pull an honest ten bagger within 24 months and hold most of those gains then why not.
It boils down to research and trust in your research...

Same. I've been accumulating this since 2022, when Ben B bought the shell. My avg is in the 2 area and I have a decent size bag. Not 5% but more than 2. Until we get the full spin out from Nixxy . it will be time to get cheap shares , like today. This is not a stock to trade. No liquidity. This will not move with Ihub money, those days are gone. this will move based on Miles and Evan's world buying into to their vision, which I think is getting close.

I backed up the truck on this one a while ago at twice the price it is now, but it has a great future and one day all the pre-planning and all the talent and money that has gone into this little enterprise will one day make the share price go pop.... I do not have a timeline, just as long as I can see the growth coming...

AESO is an interesting one.   33 milly float with less then a $1 million market cap.  

They are owned by a Nasdaq ticker NIXX.

Well, the latest PR was the 1st one since 2007 for  AESO. It is still listed as a shell, which I think is going to change very soon and this spinout is creeping up on a 2 years of strategic movements. It has been a slow grind to the starting line for CognoGroup. 

Shocking there is zero interest.  Very shocking

That is a good deal.  Deal kind of came outta nowhere too, so hopefully there's other deals in the making as well 

I Found this comp sheet on Wizco. $4.1M in annual revs is a pretty good deal for only 37M restricted commons worth about $500k at current $AESO share price.

Pretty good deal if you ask me. 

IDK whether they intend to go international. The Wizco company is based in NY. The founders live in Isreal according to their LI profiles. I'm not sure exactly how that works other than they are now restricted common shareholders of $AESO.
Now I am extremely interested to see the annual filing. Be cool if these subsequent events are included in the new share structure. There would be a table showing their holding percentage if it is added one would think. 

Figured it was an Israeli company because a lot of comments congratulating the company on it's acquisition are written in Hebrew.  Does this mean Miles is gonna go international?  There are lots of opportunities not just in United States , products could be localized , etc 

Additionally, some folks are worried about the potential they may convert the preferred shares. These are equivalent to 1B shares if fully converted. No one really knows what will happen there. 
If I was a betting man, I don't think it happens. Especially after this new acquisition because why would these Israelis sell their company to a company that's going to dilute the stock into the dumpster. 

There has been a few opinion pieces released over the past few months saying NIXX is where it's at and the spinout assets are a nothing burger. 

Those reviewers probably don't understand that the meat of RCRT was these assets based of a filings revenue review. I'll try and break this down some for understanding. 

Although Miles and Evan on paper moved old RCRT out of the recruiter contractor fee model, they technically didn't. They just converted their old operational functions of this into a 10% Equity stake in JobMobz (now called Recruiter.com Ventures) an RPO firm with 10 Subz. So,technically the $20M in 2022 revenue RCRT generated in their FY22 10Q has likely tripled. This is just an estimate based on 10% equity in RV a $500M bootstrapped company.  

The other $5-10 Mil in 2022 Revs was from these other proprietary assets being spun out as CognoGroup. These are subscription services offered to the RPO firms. 

Now add PrimeGPU and AVA AI and there is new customers and additional RPO tools. 

This reviewers calling CognoGroup a nothing burger frankly are just uninformed.

Yeah.  I saw that and what peaked my interest.   What's shocking to me is the complete lack of volume.  

Almost nothing at all. 

According to the DD I've done on every RCRT/NIXX/AESO filing going back to March 2023 and before. Yes, those assets listed all fall under the NIXX subsidiary Recruiter.com Recruiting Solutions, LLC a Delaware company. If Delaware SOS wasn't so secretive we could see their filing actions there(Like a name change to Cognogroup, etc.) Recruiter.com Recruiting Solutions is Spinning out into AESO as CognoGroup.

What is not mentioned on the website however is the equity holdings the own from the sale of the RCRT brand to JobMobs and the 9.5 mil shares of Futuris. Those two deals also came with service deals. 

Adding in the Wizco AVA AI is just a cherry added IMO. It fits their entire human capitol business model moving forward. If I knew exactly what PrimeGPU will do, I think a clear direction would become readily available.

It's pretty fresh and I haven't added it to the Google doc yet.

That's my read on it as well. That was my question I put to the board a couple of days ago. Does this structure look good for common shareholders. To me it looks good. It would be a horrible look if Miles turns around and dilutes the cofounders 10 million shares and the 16.6 mill held by the company. Plus other companies wont do business with Miles if he does dilute them. Actually I'm surprised Wizco took common, I would have asked for preferred or something that gives me more protection. I assume these owners think their company is worth more than $540,000( 36 million shares at .015) .

So yes end of the day, we should start trending much higher. If Aeso truly has all the other income streams mentioned by miles prior to this acquisition. A fair MC should be close to 50 mill . Time will tell

At the end of the day I feel a lot better holding my shares.

Plus it says they would be getting the shares at VWAP which according to my trading app is .0203

This purchase agreement of Wizco basically sets the equity price floor at .015 for the sellers. It also states the shares won't be distrubuted to the all at once and are restricted. Good to see the float won't really be impacted too much.

I saw that. That looked like a notice for anyone who had the previous registered agent, notifying of new address. I think they still need to file the periodic report. Probably this week.

I would think "shell risk" should come off soon?

I don't think Miles would allow them to keep the AESO preferred shares IMO. Everything he's shifting into AESO is like his baby. 
I'd expect that would only happen if he has the juice to remain in total control of NIXX at the same time. 

I'm fine with it. Takes some dilution to get tiny market cap shells growing, and with those new shares it's still under $1.7M at the current price, and they did it without using a convertible note to raise cash to make the acquisition which could've caused 100's of millions of shares worth of dilution while tanking the share price when the noteholder converts and dumps them on the market

My biggest fear with any of these stocks is dilution. I have to believe the statement below from the press release, provides any common shareholder some level of protection. I see nixx holding onto the Preferred as ownership control. Thoughts?
"As consideration, AESO is obligated to issue 16,666,667 shares of its own common stock to Wizco's stockholders, subject to downside protection provisions. Additionally, AESO will issue ten million shares of AESO common stock to each of the two Wizco founders as part of an advisory services agreement, with these shares vesting over 12 months."
