GFK Resources Hires Louis Morin for Investor Relation Services

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Feb 18, 2014) - GFK Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "GFK") - (TSX-VENTURE:GFK) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Louis Morin to provide investor relation services to the Company. The agreement is for a 12 month period with a monthly fee of $6,000. Louis Morin will also receive 200,000 stock options to purchase the same number of common shares of the Company at a price of $0.30 per share and have an expiry date of February 14, 2019. The options are granted in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and the terms and conditions of the Company's Stock Option Plan.

The above-mentioned agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company also announces the granting of 275,000 stock options to directors and officers. Each option entitles its holder to purchase one share of the Company for $0.30 for a period of 5 years expiring February 14, 2019.
