Coventry Re-Prices Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2014) - Coventry Resources Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:CYY)(ASX:CYY) (the "Company") has reduced the exercise price of 6,908,594 outstanding stock options, of which 4,473,660 stock options are held by insiders, to $0.05 per share. Approval of disinterested shareholders for the re-pricing was obtained at Coventry's special meeting of shareholders held on January 21, 2014.
