are being showcased at AirXperience Asia in Suntec City, Singapore, which is an
event for "improving the passenger experience for airlines, airports, and their
partners" (www.terrapinn.com), and brings together the important players in the
airline industry. Restrooms can tend to be a trouble area for high traffic areas
such as airports, and together these organizations intend to provide technology
that will greatly improve this issue.


Feedbackstr is a modern feedback management tool that has provided and continues

companies, as well as small businesses and start-ups. Users are able to create
fully customizable mobile ready questionnaires that can be completed by their

Visionstate's WANDA or Washroom Attendant Notification Digital Aid, is a
leading-edge technology that allows facilities to make restroom cleaning
operations more efficient through resource management and guest input. The wall
mounted touchscreen, typically placed outside a restroom, allows guests to
submit their concerns with a few touches of the screen. Management immediately
receive the complaint and can then have staff address the issue in a timely
manner. Staff are then required to log into the system to record the details of
their cleanings.
