MNY Purpose Cash Management Fund

Mindready Solutions Inc. ("Mindready") (TSX:MNY) announced today that it has
sought protection from its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act by
filing a notice of intention to make a proposal to its creditors. Following this
filing, all directors have resigned.
