I know it’s difficult in the short term that we didn’t get out of EM, but it really is the best place for longterm investors until everything comes together. This eliminates dilution and being a pump n dump paradise.

You are correct, interest rates have nothing to do with it. I've heard freeing F2 is actually entirely tied to putting as much money in the Trump pockets as possible. Once that is totally resolved they'll free F2.
