Belize City, Belize, the Company announces that Ms. Cheryl Christine Jones has
been appointed as a Director of the Company.

Ms. Jones who is 44 was appointed by the Company to run OneSource last year and
has recently been appointed as Chairman of the OneSource Group of Companies.

She is currently also a Director of FGO Group, Ltd which provides services to
charitable organisations, but has held no other Directorships over the last five
years.

Ms. Jones confirms that there are no details to be disclosed under schedule two
paragraph f (iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules
