Tremor Video Announces Move to Serving Only In-Stream Video Ads
2013年7月31日 - 1:17AM

Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE: TRMR), a leading provider of
technology-driven video advertising solutions, announced today it
will no longer service in-banner video advertising and will focus
solely on driving consumer brand engagement through high-quality,
in-stream video ad content.
"Tremor believes strongly that in-stream creative within premium
content environments delivers what brands are looking for most:
engagement, brand lift, optimization and viewability," said Bill
Day, CEO, Tremor Video, Inc. "If brands are serious about driving
engagement, in-banner video advertising is not getting the job
done. This is best for our brand partners and our own continued
growth."
A recent Millward Brown Digital study of online ads clearly
indicates in-stream video ads outperform those not in-stream and
online video overall. The data showed in-stream ads generating
higher percentages of impact in Brand Awareness, Message
Association and Favorability than those other formats. (Source:

2013.)
This move, coupled with the company's longstanding tradition of
securing exclusive publisher agreements with some of the strongest
media brands, underscores what Tremor Video sees in its data every
day -- premium environments and premium advertising experiences
matter a great deal in garnering engagement, additional time spent
with ads and brand lift.
"I applaud this move by Tremor Video. The in-stream offerings
they are now focused on provide the engagement, transparency and
quality content environment that brands and agencies want," said
Sarah Baehr, SVP Digital Director, Carat.
Tremor Video is the leader in offering cost-per-engagement
performance-based pricing for in-stream video at scale for
interactive video ads online and on mobile devices.
