Recent HighlightsOn May 5, 2026, the Board increased its on-going quarterly dividend program by 8% to $0.13 per share. In addition, the Board declared a one-time dividend of $0.20 per share. Both dividends are payable on June 1, 2026 to stockholders of record on May 20, 2026. Stockholders can elect to receive the dividends in cash or additional shares of common stock by enrolling in the Company's previously announced Dividend Reinvestment PlanAs of March 31, 2026, the Company had $104.1 million of cash and cash equivalents, including restricted cashProduction averaged 18.6 MBoe per day during the first quarter, an increase of 4% on a Boe basis versus the same period in 2025. Oil production increased 31% and total revenues increased 17% during the quarter versus the same period in 2025, driven primarily by new production from our operated development programDuring the quarter, the Company successfully drilled two and completed three wells as part of its ongoing one-rig Cherokee development program. First quarter Boe production increased by approximately 4% versus the same period in 2025 and decreased by approximately 7% versus the prior quarter. Boe production for the first quarter was impacted by a decrease in NGL recovery, largely due to gas plants electing to recover less ethane from the NGL streams and increased production deferment from Winter Storm Fern, driving a reduction in total Boe production quarter-over-quarter. Revenues and average realized prices per Boe improved in the first quarter of 2026 versus the first and fourth quarters of 2025.Drilling & Completion OperationsTwo wells were successfully drilled and three wells were completed as part of the Company's ongoing one-rig Cherokee development program during the first quarter. The third completed well had limited contributions to overall production during the period. In April, the Company achieved the lowest drilled well cost to date for the program.Operating CostsDuring the first quarter of 2026, lease operating expense ("LOE") was $10.8 million or $6.45 per Boe. Lease operating expenses for the three months ended March 31, 2026 decreased in total and per Boe versus the same period in 2025, primarily driven by continued efficient operations and an increase in production volumes due to our ongoing drilling program in the Cherokee Play.Liquidity & Capital StructureAs of March 31, 2026, the Company had $104.1 million of cash and cash equivalents, including restricted cash of $1.3 million, deposited with multiple, well-capitalized financial institutions. Recent HighlightsOn March 3, 2026, the Board declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of the Company's common stock, which stockholders can elect to receive in cash or additional shares of common stock by enrolling in the Company's previously announced Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), payable on March 31, 2026 to stockholders of record on March 20, 2026In 2025, the Company paid $15.9 million, or $0.46 per share, in regular quarterly cash dividends and issued 0.1 million shares under the DRIP. Since the start of the program, wells have generated an average per well peak 30-day IP rate of ~2,000 gross Boe per day (~44% oil).Operating CostsDuring the fourth quarter of 2025, lease operating expense ("LOE") was $7.8 million or $4.34 per Boe. For the full year 2025, LOE was $36.2 million or $5.35 per Boe. For the fourth quarter and full year 2025, lease operating expenses decreased in total and per Boe versus the same periods in 2024 due to $4.3 million of out of period corrections which are non-recurring, non-cash, adjustments of operating accruals dating as far back as the Company's emergence from bankruptcy in 2016, of which $2.1 million and $2.2 million were recorded in the second and fourth quarter of 2025, respectively. The Company realized operating cost improvements in 2025 such as lower utility costs and reduced workover activity. ReservesProved Reserves -  Proved Reserves are made up of proved developed producing reserves as well as proved undeveloped reserves, and does not include probable and possible reserves found in our leased acreage and drilling inventory yet to be categorized as proved under Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") guidelines. Our proved reserves increased from 63.1 MMBoe at December 31, 2024 to 69.1 MMBoe at December 31, 2025, due to extensions of 7.3 MMBoe, purchases of 1.7 MMBoe, positive net revisions of 3.2 MMBoe due to an increase in year-end SEC natural gas pricing and price realizations and 4.5 MMBoe associated with other commercial improvements. These were partially offset by a decrease in SEC oil pricing, 6.8 MMBoe from the Company's production during 2025, and 3.9 MMBoe attributable to performance, well shut-ins and other revisions. No it does not mean that. If you are part of the lawsuit and signed up to be part when the BK was still being litigated then you can benefit if there is any payment. Only those that are part of the action will benefit. The old shares are worthless to the extend if you hold them but if you are part of the suit and an accommodation or agreement is reached based your number shares or investment then you may find some relief. This was all laid out on this forum when it was first proposed. . My personal opinion is that if any agreement is worked out it will be for shares held by the individual prior to the bankruptcy proceeding. i don't see any deal accommodating shares that traded after the BK that were already basically worthless and just for speculation . This company in my opinion committed fraud in both their bankruptcy testimony and their SEC filings going back several years . As the great FBI agent Sadusky once said. Ben somebody has to go to jail.

Old shares are completely worthless. BK is finalized and converted. If you own paper certificates, use them for wallpaper. If you own electronic stock certificates, they are not worth the electron bits that hold them.

The suit moves onward and upward. Sec under Trump going after fraud and corruption should fast track this investigation I would think. They are going to want to see examples early on and it could benefit this litigation. Somebodies got to go to jail , here comes the FBI hopefully.

I hope you are right. This very morning I went to the etrade bond site and saw 24 bonds offered at 6.1 cents. I purchased them but wondered at this late in the game why would they be offered at a discount.

The $14.84 in cash covers my cost. Wouldn't be excited about the $2.29 in stock but the cash makes this pure profit. The rest is just icing on the cake.

Preliminary #s per bond....this is what I was told by my Vanguard...what exactly the warrant and stock structure looks like...i don't know or quite understand.

2.29 in stock (SD) / bond (assuming that's the 16.5% equates to an initial conversion price around 13.75)

The cancellation of the old common stock should have been known by everyone. There is no excuse for anyone to have been surprised by this, as SDOC disclosed in their 8-K filing with the SEC on the day they filed bankruptcy (May 16th), that all common shares would be cancelled.

"Preferred and Common Stock. The Company’s existing 7.0% and 8.5% convertible perpetual preferred stock and common stock will be canceled and released under the Plan without receiving any recovery on account thereof."

The pending cancellation of the common shares was disclosed many times afterwards as well. Nothing changed between the initial disclosure on May 16th and yesterday. It was fully disclosed many, many times.

If people don't read the SEC filings, then they are just asking to lose their money. Which is exactly what happened. It is an expensive lesson, but hopefully the next time people will read the SEC filings first.

NO. As detailed in the bankruptcy documents and in the Company's SEC filings, and confirmed in their most recent PR, the old shares were cancelled. Old common shareholders received nothing. All new common shares, which are now on the NYSE, were issued to the old debtors and creditors.

Anyone holding the old common shares have nothing but a write-off on their taxes.

Unless your shares are owned under ticker SD, you're sh-- outta luck. Spoke with my friend who had shares of SDOCQ that were apparently worth a TON of money with the price jump up to the $20 range and he called his broker to cash in and was just confirmed this morning that any shares of SDOCQ are gone. Worthless. Nothing.

I bought SandRidge today at $16.80. They have a nice fresh start with solid financials and fresh funds! Current market cap is about $325 Million. Way undervalued at these levels.

I've been annoyed about it too...but I'm planning to hold for quite some time.

Disappointed with ARP; still not trading on a major exchange. Was giving them the benefit of the doubt. But, SD made it happen instantaneously.

I'm not showing a conversion yet...likely to happen overnight.
With Atlas it took several days to convert.

I knew the plan but don't know what the conversion ratios actually used today were. How many unsecured 7.75% bonds became what number of SD shares. They published the warrant and secured, convertible bond ratios (0.053xxx, IIRC) but haven't seen any hard number for unsecured.

SDOCQ was cancelled Tue 10/04 at 15:00. SD traded for about an hour at between $19.50 and $25.00.

Typically SDOCQ will be cancelled first.

It depends on which ones you owed. The secured notes received new convertible debt (which will convert to 46.5% of the company in no later than 4 years) and 85% of the new common shares. Unsecured note holders were lumped in with the general unsecured creditors and together they received $10 million cash and 15% of the new common stock.
