(e) The employment agreement of Mr. Leslie Ng, the Company’s Chief Investment Officer, was amended on September 30, 2008, (i) to extend the term of his agreement for an additional three years through September 25, 2011, (ii) to increase his salary effective September 26, 2008 to $330,000 and to further increase his salary effective January 1, 2009 to $350,000 and (iii) to provide for a housing allowance of up to $2,500 monthly while Mr. Ng is at the Company’s corporate offices in Arlington, Virginia.
