And yet it continues to sink…. Diluting machine here ever since that RS!  This was the playbook all along!  Sad but true!

3 Nov 2025 float 11.8 Mil Inst still at 15%
but that means they bought 15% or so of the
additional 3 Mil shares to keep the holding at 15%

25 Nov 2025 float 11.8 Mil, insts 20%

12 Mar 2026 float at 12.8 Mil, insts 29% (see the 3 Nov note)

and now per Yahoo data, 15.9 Mil shares Insts 35%
(again, see the 3 Nov note regarding the relationship)

Yep, almost like wall street knows how to win isn't it. Price appreciation
muted, insts % increases with shares 'cheap' to buy.. Funny how that works
isn't it. But its also why one should track the insts holding %... Would really be
nice to see it push over 50%. Lock up more and more of the float and those that
want to short it to drive it lower? Going to get more and more warier to want to try.

I have been using is $550 Mil. Means I will have to be 'happy' to see a share price of
around $32/sh...And will be looking to see what market cap wall street gives them when
they cross the 100,000 user threshold..

Call it a 'start'. hmmm

On STOCKTWITS, being reported that Tonix
has put out a preliminary report. Worst of it is that
they diluted again in April. Burning cash and dilution
is NOT a good combination for shareholders.
Maybe why the intent of the reverse split vote is becoming
clearer if they are going to keep doing this. Cause the 102
development is all they have going for them for quite a while
in terms of a source of revenue... Not good..

News regarding Pfizers Lyme disease development: Given that its
pfizer? Not sure how much I trust their 'claims' after the covid mess/lies.
And not sure I like the idea of having to keep getting boosters to keep its
effectiveness up as I am not a fan of pumping chemicals into myself..
But it is 'first' to market, so if TNXP is going to keep pushing their development?
They better be 'better' if they want market share...

the fda told them via a CRL that they need more
EVIDENCE before they can expect their NDA submission
to be accepted.

They have nothing else to offer at this stage of their lifespan..

Not a recipe for one that should be 'bought' unless you are

You must be new to biotech. Dilution is normal for biotech company raising money for sales Force and experimental drugs. It went from $7 to $70. If they sold at in the higher price range to raise money that was a great opportunity. The market knew it was highly likely that the drug was going to be approved. Someone i know got their 'vote' notice a while ago. We

I did vote NO on the latest proxy, against the r/split even tho
I can see their what I will call PRO-ACTIVE move to put the
'tool' in place in the event the share price tanks (describing
how I read their rationalization for why they would like to have
the r/split authorization in place).

But voted NO because I am tired of the dilution they have been
quietly doing and have authorization to keep doing if so inclined.

and there is news this morn (see the NEWS feed right side of
this webpage). But again, until they give us something to
discuss? AKA, the uptake on the usage of... Just not a lot
to comment on except that we are waiting to see if the uptake
ramps up.

Oh yeah, caught something on STOCKTWITS that something named
AGP came out and reaffirmed a $65 target price. Still waiting to see if
anyone else is going to 'update' their analysis, but guessing they are
like us. Waiting for the info they need to be able to do so..

SOBs keep raising cash, diluting. Market cap as of a few minutes
ago now under $200 Million...

My target price based on a reasonable $550 Mil market cap, with the
14.2 Mil shares? Now at $38/sh Nice return from this level, but sucks
for those with shares bought over $25 (approaching a less than 50% return)

Heres hoping sales ARE ramping up... as some of us expected IF this helps

Tonix is scheduled to present Phase 1 data on TNX-4800 at World Vaccine Congress Washington 2026 on March 30, 2026.
Data on TNX-801 is set to be presented at the same conference on April 1, 2026.
Christopher Cooper is scheduled to moderate a panel on poxvirus antigen-delivery systems on April 1, 2026.

TNXP was not able to set a higher high on the yr/d chart, instead it set a lower low, not a good sign.
However, the markets took a hit while tnxp was holding up, until Friday!
Short interest increased by 20% to 2.47 million shares, more fuel for the next leg up.
Waiting on Tonix, news/data to push it above 19!
2.5 months to the next earnings report, but 1st the May meeting.

The legal fleecing is their spending money on developments
they really can't afford at the moment.

Especially for those with existing competition already in the market
The Lyme disease vaccine I am all for progressing cause I am aware
of some who have gotten it, and didn't realize it till it was too late.

As for the r/split, they want a 2 year window which is the amazing part and
predicated on an 'as needed' basis with the chatter about holding the share price
up to stay listed on the NASD.

Yesterday was the first time I have written a nasty message to a companys management
requesting they get their fiscal house in order.

I do expect the fibro development to get traction because its needed. So even asking for
the r/split at this stage was an eye opener.

Unless of course, they are trying to shake as many shares loose from the retail sector
for deeper pockets as they can.

For the institutionals hold 28% of the 13.4 at the moment. And given the potential for this to
move higher IF sales ramp up? I can see them wanting more shares.

Don't know, but it was a shocker to see them asking for a r/split authorization at this stage
with a comment being, can management really be this inept at this stage of the game??

And if not, what are they really planning to do??

TNXP floats a PRE-LIMINARY proxy for May 7th. Linke
to it in their SEC filings on their website.

In it? They indicate they want the authority to conduct a
reverse split IF/AS needed in the next 2 years.

1st time I sent a company a nasty email telling them its time to
put some of their trials on 'hold' and focus on just one or two
while they work to ramp up sales.

But enough of the damn dilution already and stop blowing
thru the $200 Million they have on hand..

Due Diligence tips??

-development is approved
-it reportedly works per the PH 3 clinical trials
(how long it will remain effective for those taking is another question)
-there is currently nothing on the market that has a good success rate
with respect to helping folks who NEED something that works to relieve
their pain
-there are reportedly around 10 Million who could 'benefit' from this development
-sales have just commenced
-a very rough conservative estimate because I have no idea what the company will actually get in terms
of revenues/profits from every 100,000 users getting monthly subscriptions. But figure for
every 100,000 users, over a 12 month period? They might see a $20 increase per share.
-especially with their low share count of around 13.4 Million shares
-cash on hand is reportedly $200 Million, enough to get into 2027
-and reportedly the ones who are likely to subscribe this development is quite 'concentrated' meaning
IF it works, the uptake could be 'interesting'..

Biggest concerns? -they are bleeding cash heavily before this one proves it has legs (ie, been diluting way too much)
-how long will it remain effective for those that need it, start taking it.. Because its recognized,
some developments do lose their effectiveness with time and the bodys reaction to its usage

its recent lows.

Figured the news of the sales data, the NEED for it and how many COULD benefit from it was what
