Tango Therapeutics, TNGX, yesterday released results of their clinical trial which was their drug in combo with RVMD's. Looks like everyone will want to run combo studies with RVMD's drug. This can only be good, and I believe RBC analyst highlighted that in a research note, that had $182 as target.

Revolution Medicines (NASDAQ:RVMD) surged 33% on Monday after announcing positive topline findings from its Phase 3 RASolute 302 trial of daraxonrasib in previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma patients.The study achieved all primary and key secondary endpoints, including both progression-free survival and overall survival. Daraxonrasib delivered a median overall survival of 13.2 months, compared with 6.7 months for standard chemotherapy, corresponding to a hazard ratio of 0.40.The company said it plans to submit the data to global regulators, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, as part of a future New Drug Application under a Commissioner’s National Priority Voucher. Full results are scheduled to be presented at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting.Daraxonrasib is designed as a multi-selective inhibitor targeting RAS(ON) proteins, aiming to address cancers driven by oncogenic RAS mutations. Pancreatic cancer is considered one of the most RAS-dependent cancers, with more than 90% of patients carrying tumors linked to RAS mutations.The RASolute 302 trial included patients with a broad range of RAS variants, as well as individuals without identified RAS mutations. The talks had centered on a potential transaction that could have valued the oncology-focused biotech at around $30 billion.News of the breakdown triggered a sharp sell-off in Revolution Medicines’ stock, which fell 20.9% in premarket trading on Monday.
