Yep. I am waiting for some volume to come back into it. It will get noticed again.

I was the one to hit the ask at 3.14 took a small position of 12000 shares,well the 10Q quotes of a SEC investigation and share holder law suits I feel that they might get in some settlement with the law suits and if t all they do not get a respirate from SEC the stock might get a besting to 2.20 levels where I would like to add more,but if they come clean from SEC we might test 4.35 again

Rest all with a new acquisition ,new capital raising and increased revenues ,cutting down losses thus surely looks a turn around story,if the next quarter continues with similar things I feel we can surely see $10 by December

not ONLY that but if other utilities follow suit, this contract could be worth billions...but who knows in PINKY world...BUT accumulating BIG time...like the low 4s today..well GL to me! may need it..nah!, LOL!

So if the O/S is about 3.7M and the contract is for 180M, why isnt this trading at $48/share (book value of contract). Even if it is only 50% profit margin, that still leaves this at $24; not even discussing the P/E ratio yet. Something doesnt add up here. Can anyone shed light on the holdup here?

I played the momo, buying at $5.99 and selling at $7.05 and I guarantee you a capital raise is on the way, as the company has a million in cash, but they lose money, even with $12 mill. in revs, a loss of $1.2 mill. last Q.
