Janux Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:JANX) has received a $35 million milestone payment from Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE:BMY) after the partners identified a development candidate under their ongoing collaboration, the company announced in a statement.The milestone was triggered by the nomination of a tumor-activated therapeutic discovered using Janux’s TRACTr platform. The candidate is designed to target an undisclosed solid tumor antigen that is present across multiple types of human cancers.Under the terms of the partnership, Janux will be responsible for preclinical development through the submission of an Investigational New Drug (IND) application. Bristol Myers Squibb will then take ownership of the IND and oversee clinical development and global commercialization efforts. So, Mr. . . ."In The Know". . .what's up with JANX? I finally got my money back after riding this POS for so many years. . .listening to hucksters like you on message boards. Much has happened since that period in time. So what is it? Who has the "inside scoop" this time around. Are they finally going to begin selling something that was proclaimed to be so VERY CLOSE so many times in the past? Please advise.

That's a bunch of BS. I wish I would have noticed that fraud. You can't demand that of shareholders. What a joke. I've been holding this POS for what seems to be, forever . . .based on some idiot's opinion of the company when it had something to do with children's toys. My God how times have changed.

So, why the recent volume? No market news. . .no information to investors. . .nothing. Gotta love these pink sheet stocks.

Wise, good to see the web site being added to daily! I went through the entire site last nite and I am extremely impressed! Now Vince has to come to the table with his commitment to us!!

Wise, I would much rather have an update to the market. One thing is for certain, I'm not planning on picking any more JANX up any time soon. I'd just like for other investors to know where this company is at/going so that I can see my portfolio allotment towards this investment recuperate from present levels. Thus far, it's apparent this company is in the same struggling zone many other OTC BB companies are in. Well, only about 1 in a hundred make it. . .on the OTC BB. I bet on this one last year. . .and they didn't deliver. I'm willing to bet they will be amongst the 98, rather than the one. But who knows? I certainly hope I get proved wrong.

A month later. . .and nothing has happened. Wise, I think it's just about time to ask Vince to declare bankruptcy so we can get a write-off out of this company. We most-certainly won't be able to sell our shares. "Idealistic" is all this company appears to have amounted to.

At least we had some shares trade, yesterday. The company would do well to at least get their website up and running. I think once that happens investors will at least know that the company is still doing business. Lets hope to hear something sooner, rather than later.

As you seen today there was a buy for .08
Where these .001 trades are from I have no idea.
The bid and ask are not seen unless you have a broker that deals with other OTCB stocks like Etrade.
I do not have Etrade but one of my Investors has an account there and put an order in.
At that time it showed .05/.07
I talked to Mr. Goett today and he has been on the road so paper work is the last on his list.
Things well turn around for us with in the next month or so IMO.
