    Zyzygy plc ("Zyzygy" or the "Company")
    Suspension of shares
    The Company's shares have been suspended from trading on AIM as the annual accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008 will not be posted
to shareholders by 31 December 2008. The Zyzygy directors hope that the accounts will be available by the end of January 2009. 

    Zyzygy has two main investments, MarineTrack Holdings plc, whose shares are admitted to trading on AIM and NiceTech Limited, an unquoted
computer software company. Funds raised by Zyzygy have been used to support the development of NiceTech Limited with a view, thereby, to
enhancing shareholder value. Zyzygy itself has very limited running costs but also has very limited cash and will need to raise additional
funds to continue operations. 

    Market conditions are very difficult at present and the Company is reluctant to sell investments at prices below what the Zyzygy
directors believe to be fair value. Accordingly, they would prefer to raise funds from investors. There is no certainty when such funds will
be raised, but the directors believe that further funds will be made available before the end of January 2009.
