261,500 ordinary shares of the issuer, representing 0.64% of the total voting
rights of the issuer, Firebird New Russia Fund, Ltd., which holds the voting
rights associated with 824,500 ordinary shares of the issuer, representing 2.0%
of the total voting rights of the issuer, Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd., which
holds the voting rights associated with 718,000 ordinary shares of the issuer,
representing 1.74% of the total voting rights of the issuer, Firebird Avrora
Fund, Ltd., which holds the voting rights associated with 1,001,400 ordinary
shares of the issuer, representing 2.43% of the total voting rights of the
