                            DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING 
 
The board of Strontium, the AIM quoted consultancy specialising in the 
identification and development of high growth potential SMEs, announces that, 
on 8 November 2010, it was informed that David Barker, a director of the 
Company, on the same date purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a 
price of 13.35 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Barker has a beneficial interest in 2,480,708 
ordinary shares representing approximately 18.3 per cent. of the issued share 
capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
In addition to the above, Mr Barker has 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares 
in the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 13,541,336 ordinary shares of 
2 pence each.
