The Joint Administrators' of Southampton Leisure Holdings plc entered into an 
exclusivity agreement with the Pinnacle Consortium on Friday 29 May in relation 
to the sale of the assets of the Company, which include Southampton Football 
Club.  The exclusivity agreement is for a period of 21 days, during which time 
the Administrators will be working with the Consortium on the technical and 
legal aspects required in order to complete the sale.
