IMMEDIATE ANNOUNCEMENT 
Redemption 
23 September 2009 
 
 
The Board announces that 1,352,522 Ordinary Shares of nil par value in the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares") have today been redeemed at a price of 78.91 pence 
per Ordinary Share, for a total redemption value of GBP1,067,275.11. This 
redemption is in accordance with the Company's half-yearly Redemption Facility 
operated on 1st September 2009, further details of which are described in our 
Admission Document dated 11 May 2007. 
 
 
Payments in relation to the redeemed Ordinary Shares will be made to 
shareholders on 21st September 2009. 
Following the above redemptions the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 
now 14,854,978. The figure of 14,854,978 may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
