On 13 November 2007, Northern European Properties Limited (the "Company") was
advised by WilmerHale on behalf of their client, QVT Financial LP, that as a
result of an acquisition QVT Financial LP as  investment manager for QVT Fund
LP, Quintessence Fund LP and an account managed for Deutsche Bank AG London has
an interest in 20,233,681 shares of the Company; this represents 4.25% of the
outstanding share capital of the Company.
