    Board Changes

    Money Debt & Credit Group plc today announces the following changes to its Board, which will take place with immediate effect.

    Ian Holland is retiring from his executive position as Insolvency Director and will become a Non-Executive Director of the Group. He
will also serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee replacing Graham Oates who retires as a Non-Executive Director.

    Commenting on the changes Simon Johnson, Executive Chairman, said: "I would like to thank Ian and Graham for their contribution to the
Group over the last two years. I welcome Ian's appointment as a Non-Executive Director and look forward to the Group continuing to benefit
from his knowledge and experience."
