Internet Technology Group plc ('ITG')
 
ITG has been notified that Raven Residential Investments Ltd today sold 
778,475 ordinary shares in ITG, representing approximately 1.87% of the 
issued share capital, at a price of 75p per share and subsequently no longer 
has an interest in ITG.  Anton Bilton, a non-executive director of ITG, has 
an interest in Raven Residential Investments Ltd through a shareholding in 
its parent company.
 
ITG has also been notified that Mountcashel PLC today bought 450,000 
ordinary shares in ITG, representing approximately 1.08% of the issued 
share capital, at a price of 75p per share.  Oliver Vaughan, a non-executive 
director of ITG, has an interest in Mountcashel PLC.  Mr Vaughan is 
interested in a further 1,074,560 ordinary shares in ITG, representing 
approximately 2.58% of the issued share capital.
