GVM Metals Limited ("the Company") announces that on 29 October 2007 Nchakha
Darius Moloi, non-executive director of the Company, sold 16,667 ordinary shares
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for Aus$23,444.



Following the sale, Nchakha Darius Moloi has a direct and indirect interest in
29,272,691 Ordinary Shares representing 13.5 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
