    Director shareholding

    The Company was today notified that, on 3 July 2008, Colin Gerstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 400,000
ordinary shares of 20 pence in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his self invested personal pension (the "SIPP") at a price of 22 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following this transfer, Colin Gerstein remains interested in 3,101,100 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.43 per cent. of the
Company's total voting rights of which 400,000 Ordinary Shares are held through the SIPP.
