Directorate changes 
 
Fidessa group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Archer as a 
non-executive director and member of the audit and remuneration committees with 
effect from 25th November 2014. 
 
Ken has over 35 years' experience in the software industry having held a number 
of senior executive positions. Ken is currently Non-Executive Chairman of 
Gresham Computing plc, a UK listed company. Ken was appointed as a 
Non-Executive Director of Gresham Computing plc in June 2010 and has been the 
Non-Executive Chairman since November 2010. Ken was Chief Executive Officer of 
SmartStream Technologies until 2009 and prior to that, the President, European 
Business Development of Computer Sciences Corporation where he managed the 
sales team responsible for large scale outsourcing projects across Europe. Ken 
has also worked at JP Morgan, where he served as VP, Information Services and 
subsequently at Mercantile Information Services and The Savings Corporation. 
 
Commenting on the changes, John Hamer, Chairman of Fidessa, said: "I am 
delighted to welcome Ken to the board of Fidessa. Ken has extensive experience 
in the software industry and of major outsourcing projects in the financial 
sector. I look forward to his contribution to the board." 
 
There were no other directorships held by Ken during the last five years. 
 
There are no other disclosures required in respect of Ken Archer pursuant to 
Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
