The Board of Dyson is pleased to announce the appointment of Edmund Watkinson as 
an executive director, with immediate effect. Ed, who has extensive relevant 
experience, has been appointed to assist the Board in the implementation of its 
restructuring plans. 
 
 
There are no disclosures relating to Ed Watkinson that are required under
