Discount Control Policy

On 23 April 2013 Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company") announced the adoption of a discount control policy. The Directors have continued to review the operation and mechanics of the proposed discount control policy and note that since announcing the policy the discount has narrowed to 5.5 per cent (as at 24 May 2013). Accordingly, the Directors have determined that the discount trigger should be revised to 3 per cent.

Management Fee

The Company announces that with effect from 1 July 2013, the management fee attributable to its investment portfolio will be reduced from 2 per cent to 1 per cent.

The Company has posted a circular to shareholders today detailing these changes.
