Dexion Trading Limited: Transaction in own shares

Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company") announces that on 9 May 2012 it purchased in aggregate 30,000 of its GBP shares of no par value at the following price per share:

The ordinary shares purchased will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 10,119,404 ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 95,693,596.

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 95,693,596 ordinary shares with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
