Annual Results Suspension

The Board of designcapital announces that the Company will not be able to publish its annual audited accounts (the "Accounts"), for the year ended 31 December 2011, by 30 June 2012. Following a decision to wind down the Company's activities in France, it has yet to receive formal confirmation from the French court of the liquidation of Forum Developpement, it's French subsidiary company. This has delayed production of the Accounts.

Accordingly, the Company is not currently in a position to be able to comply with the requirements of AIM Rule 19.

The Company has requested that its shares be temporarily suspended from trading on AIM until the preliminary results are released and the Accounts are published.
