On 25th January 2000, the Company received notification that Phillips & Drew
Fund Management and Phillips & Drew Life Limited, both subsidiaries of
Phillips & Drew Holding Limited, have an interest in 15,544,551 ordinary 10p
shares of the Company.  This represents 15.81% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
