The Company has been informed that Nigel Mills, co-founder of the Company, has
today sold 316,490 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in order to
meet institutional demand.

Nigel Mills, who continues to hold 1,483,340 Ordinary Shares representing 4.5%
of the Company's issued share capital, has undertaken not to sell any further
shares held by him until the announcement of the Company's preliminary results
for the year ended 30 September 2004.
