    Board changes

    BNS Telecom Group plc ("BNS" or the "Group"), a leading IP telecoms services provider and carrier, announces that Barry Moat, one of the
non executive directors and no relation to the Chief Executive Garry Moat, has been appointed non executive Chairman with immediate effect,
following the resignation of Graham Wilson.

    Barry joined the Board of BNS in October 2004 just before the Group was admitted to AIM.  

    Margot O'Reilly has been appointed non executive director. Margot has a strong strategy background having held the position of
Investment Director at Consensus Business Group and a number of senior positions at Lloyds TSB Group. Margot also has a strong record in
delivering profits from identifying and developing new business ideas and delivering value through growth and cost reduction initiatives.

    Barry Moat, non executive Chairman, said:
