The Company announces that David Roberts, Chief Executive of the Company,
yesterday purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at 43.5p each taking his holding,
including 338,429 ordinary shares held in the Company's Employee Trust, to
838,429 ordinary shares representing 1.38% of the issued share capital.
