Portfolio Update

Since the last investment update in respect of the portfolio as at 28 February, the Investment Manager has received further proceeds which have been converted to Sterling cash such that the Company's investments now have the following breakdown as at 4 April 2014:

44% Sterling cash

56% Cash receivables being US dollar amounts from former portfolio holdings
