amended in line with the Proposed Amendments as previously notified
to Noteholders and blacklined copies (showing the changes from the
originally available Amendment Documents) and clean versions of the
same will be available for inspection, at the specified office of
the Principal Paying Agent and/or U.S. Paying Agent (as applicable)
and in the Data Room.
