Investor Update

Clarion Housing Group has made changes to its senior leadership team following the successful completion of the merger between Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing.

The Group Board has agreed to simplify the executive structure of Latimer with revised arrangements to be finalised shortly. Mark Rogers will therefore be leaving the Group and resign as a Director of the following Boards at the end of the month:

   --   Circle Anglia Social Housing Plc 
   --   Circle Anglia Social Housing 2 Plc

   --   Leamington Waterfront LLP
