The following supplement (the "Supplement") to the base prospectus dated 15 October 2020 (the "Base Prospectus") has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 24 November 2020 to the Base Prospectus dated 15 October 2020 for the update of the GBP5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"), for the issuance of notes by the Issuer and Scotland Gas Networks plc.
