Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified
by Mark Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that he purchased
280,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at an average price of 36.28p each. Following this
purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in 10,280,000
Ordinary Shares representing 3.56% of the Company's issued share
capital.
