Notice how Nasrat was questioning whether or not we'd have enough money for the API for the three newly acquired drugs?

This didn't include the MASSIVE 4.3 BILLION DOLLAR DRUG we just received approval on.

Keep your eyes peeled for a HUGE loan in the form of an 8-K within the next 2 weeks.

But guess what, this is GREAT NEWS in two ways:

1. It means we're about to sell SO MUCH Vyvanse your head is going to spin.

2. It also means Elite is going to BUY THE ADDERALLS FROM MIKAH with a portion of this new loan.

REMEMBER, when Elite received the $12 million loan a few years ago Nasrat said QUOTE "Part of the loan may be used to buy the Adderalls from Mikah."

AGAIN, keep your eyes peeled for a HUGE loan within the next 2 weeks.

Question: "Will Elite have enough working capital to buy all the API needed when the three new drug repurchases are launched? Or do we have to get more loans?"

Nasrat: "I believe we do, but you wouldn't know for sure until you actually go through the sales. So you see whether we have enough cash will depend on how much we sell initially. A lot of money gets held up in inventory and chargebacks. For example, regarding chargebacks, if a bottle cost a dollar and my customer says, our WAC price is $4 or we set the WAC price at $4. It means that we give them $3 and they give us $4, and that's how we get the dollar. But the problem with that is that the demand we give them the $3 within 30 days or so, and they give us the $4 in three months so you end up carrying them for 90 days, basically and that's how they operate until they go distribute it to pharmacies and collect their money and come back to you with it. So that part, the more you sell, the larger the working capital you need. As of now, we're fine, but if we are not fine we definitely know where to raise money and how to get it. And the board and I are always willing to help if we cannot get it from a bank, which by now we are in a very good financial position, most likely we'll be able to get a loan. And by the way, spacing the launches that I spoke of earlier, reduces the burden of working capital because you spread it over time."

Not sure how much API we can afford. Will be interesting to see how much debt we take on this first year to capture market share and pay it back once cash conversion cycle flushes through.

Depending on how much quota Elite can get and how quickly competitors can get more API, Elite might be able to do better than 10%.

Hi Skah373, reaction to the Vyvanse approval will come when investors see the $$$ on the financial reports in a few months. Not everyone knows how much pent up demand there is for the product.

That was a while ago!!!! I was out when the buyout went down. Called myself some unkind words and just moved on!!! When you are not part of the victory it is tough to be in a celebratory mood. This time I plan to be around for the finale!!! I know we have some zealots on the board that believe what they believe, and I respect their opinions!!! To me, it is a foregone conclusion that Carter wants no part of the Nasdaq due to the proximately of a potential buyout. I do not disagree with the self-proclaimed " King" that under ordinary circumstances that would be the way to go. Fortunately for those of us that are queuing up to the cashier's window, the horse is out of the barn!!!

I am loving how things have gone and understand that there are many i's to be dotted before this lil gem changes its name.

$1 is not the threshold.

$2 is the minimum but that is under only one unique circumstance.

Stock needs to hit $4 under most scenarios in order to qualify. (That's not gonna happen organically)

I'm all for uplisting to Nasdaq, but I would prefer to do so organically and not through a reverse split to meet the $1 threshold.

If you look at the history of companies performing reverse splits, the results are not pretty. I realize that we would be doing the RS from a position of strength (When normally it's a move of desperation), but it still concerns me. Keeping my eye on GSAT, a company who just announced a reverse split from a position of strength. We'll see how that goes....

How can there be a bigger reaction when 100% of institutions aren't allowed to invest in Elite and 50% of brokerages don't allow it?

Our society, on the majority, has become one very much focused on instant gratification. Many don't care to actually invest. They'd rather search for a quick flip. Nothing wrong with that here, and there....but a lot of money can be made if one puts some coin into a company with a winning formula, continuous growth, and an intelligent/determined CEO that refuses to fail. I've made millions (plural) with Elite, and will make even more going forward. The only reason that that was possible is because I was willing to pay attention, do my homework on the company, CEO, market landscape, and INVESTED in them when it was blaringly obvious that they were going to be worth a ton more than what you could currently buy shares for. People's stupidity, shortsightedness, and impatience have made me lots o' moola.

My primary focus right now is to continue to strengthen the fundamentals and everything else will take care of itself."

i dont think Carter wants to Uplist when Nasrat brought it up a few CCs ago.

Nasrat wants to do it...................and I agree with him.

But it's on hold right now until AFTER we uplist as stated in last year's CC.

Zero.

They're going to do it, but as Carter stated, it's not a priority.....RIGHT NOW.

The PRIORITY right now is to uplist to the Nasdaq as Carter and Nasrat both stated on several occasions during the past year.

I don't think that's an issue at all. Anytime you do a fiscal. Real alignment it takes a lot of work so that prior year periods align. It is a lot of work and it takes many resources. Based on the recent 10 Q one thing that we know is that elite is short of finance and/or accounting resources due to a lack of separation of duties. They simply don't have the bandwidth to take on an initiative like this right now.

It's LITERALLY impossible to receive a fair buyout price on the OTC.

The current PPS will be used as leverage in any negotiations.

Selling Elite on the OTC would be one of the DUMBEST decisions Nasrat ever made.

The only way we go to Nasdaq is if we do not receive a fair buyout price which I believe is the intention and will happen
